MY STORY

I began my study in dental technology in March of 2000 as an apprentice in a small laboratory in Southern Oregon. I quickly grew in responsibility and began working with our most meticulous doctor waxing and casting masterfully prepped conservative gold inlay/ onlay restorations. I later relocated and became the lead ceramist in a reputable mid-sized laboratory. It was at this lab where I learned how to operate and manage a successful small business.

I started my first laboratory “Ceramicraft” in Bend Oregon in 2007 with success, and sold it to an apprentice of my own years later. I have taken several advanced courses on ceramics, light refraction, implants, case planning and smile design at the IDEA institute as well as others.

I believe the path to proper form, function and color have already been given to us by the Creator. Therefore it is our job to both study and copy nature the best we can. It is a privilege to partner with my clients and make teeth for the patients they care for. It is pure functional art and I am so glad that it is my job.
