DO I NEED TO SEND YOU PHOTOS?
Photos are paramount for a good case. The better
information we get, the better a restoration we can
deliver. Please send your digital photos to our dropbox
account with the patient first initial/ last name on the
file. We will send you an email regarding our protocol
for the photos we need.
HOW LONG WILL MY CASE TAKE TO COMPLETE?
On average, we will have your case for 3 weeks total. For
cases that are more involved, ie. full mouth rehabs, we
typically take 4-5 weeks. We politely request that your
cases are prescheduled. This allows us to allocate the
time needed and give you a more specific time to expect
your case to return.
WHAT ARE YOUR LAB FEES?
We would be happy to send you a fee schedule so that you
can give your patient a solid estimate and budget
accordingly.
HOW DO WE COMMUNICATE CASE DETAILS?
The preferred method of communication for us is email.
After filling out the contact form we will send you a
welcome email and get everything laid out nicely for
you.
For case communication, we ask that aside from your completed prescription form, you send patient photos to our shared dropbox folder.

DO YOU ACCEPT DIGITAL FILES?
Yes we do. As long as you can export your file as an STL,
we can work with it. If you have proprietary file types
that do not allow for stl export, please contact us
directly and we will do our best to assist you further.
DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH FULL MOUTH REHABILITATION?
Yes we do. I have personally done many large cases
predictably and with good success. There is a recipe for
success though and many preplanned steps are needed for
an excellent outcome. Please contact us directly and we
will send you our protocol.
DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS?
Absolutely! We operate on a pay per invoice model but all
of our clients have the option to have us run their
credit card for them monthly.
IF SOMETHING DOESN’T GO RIGHT, WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?
We aim for excellence and that includes your experience
with us. We will do whatever we can to make sure your
case is a success. If you have any trouble with a
restoration, you can return it uncemented for a full
refund.
CAN I SEND YOU WORK IF I’M OUT OF THE AREA?
Yes, we work with clients from all over the country and
even out of the country on occasion. We will pay shipping
one way and can provide you with labels and boxes for
your cases to us.
